Our ESL Classes (English as a Second Language) continue to grow. We meet every Saturday from 9AM
to Noon in Grill Hall A/B and offer four levels of proficiency. All are welcome to join. We recently lost
our level 2 teacher when his employer transferred him to North Carolina. We are in need of one
additional teacher now. We ask anyone who can offer their time to join our teacher's staff to contact

SJE Men’s Council invites you to The Annual SJE Wine Tasting Spectacular is coming to Grill Hall on Saturday evening, May 9th. Young people, you too are called to serve in the community of God! In serving at the altar, you will genuinely

This Sunday, April 12th, is St. Vincent de Paul Bundle Sunday. Please bring your donations of usable clothing, non-perishable food, and other household items to the Lassen Parking Lot until 2pm, where you’ll find the SVDP truck ready to receive your gifts. Your generosity directly supports neighbors in need.

Join us for the beautiful Filipino tradition of the Salubong, as Mater Dolorosa, the Sorrowful Mother, meets her Risen Son at the break of glorious Easter dawn. Our celebration begins with a candlelit procession at 5:00am, featuring the traditional shower of rose petals as we welcome the Resurrection. Mass follows at 5:45am on April 5th. Come greet Easter morning with faith, light, and joyful hope.

The SJE Golf Tournament returns on Monday, March 30 at the beautiful Porter Valley Country Club. Join us for a day of golf, fellowship, and community as alumni, parents, parishioners, and friends come together in support of our school. Through the season of Lent, we invite you every Friday evening for the Stations of the Cross. This beautiful
devotion helps us walk with Christ to open our hearts to deeper reflection and gratitude. A simple Lenten Soup Supper will be served after in the spirit of simplicity. Stations of the Cross in English will be offered at 6pm and in Spanish at 7:15pm. Soup supper begins at 6:30p. As part of our Lenten observance, the sacrament of confession is available every Saturday from 9am to 10:30am and our Community Penance Service is scheduled on March 18th at 7pm, with several priests available for confessions.
