Don’t forget, St. Vincent de Paul will be hosting Bundle Sunday right here at St. John Eudes, with the donation truck parked in the Lassen Parking Lot. This is a wonderful chance to clear out usable clothing, household items, and non-perishables – and turn them into hope for families in need. We are also welcoming the community to the Blood Drive happening at the same time. One visit, two powerful ways to make a difference. Come share what you can, give from the heart, and help us lift up our neighbors in a big way. Thank you for your generosity and your joyful spirit of service.

In observance of Independence Day Holiday, Friday, July 3rd, Morning mass will be at 9:00am and there will be no evening Mass at 6:30pm. Have a safe and blessed holiday.

In observance of Juneteenth, please note that the Morning Mass on Friday, June 19th will be at 9:00 AM. There will be no evening Mass that day.

This weekend, our second collection supports the Archdiocese of Los Angeles Priest Retirement Fund, which cares for the priests who have spent their lives serving our parishes, schools, and families. Your generosity helps provide for their housing, medical needs, and dignified retirement. Thank you for your prayerful support.

As Father’s Day approaches, we are preparing a special video to honor the fathers and father figures in our lives. We invite you to share a photo as a simple way of expressing your gratitude and love. Please send your photos to [email protected].

You’re warmly invited to join us on Monday evenings for our Bible Study series as we reflect on the Gospel of Luke. It’s a meaningful way to grow in faith and deepen our understanding of Scripture together as a community. We meet every Monday at 7 PM in the Parish Hall—all are welcome.

As part of our continued commitment to safeguarding and protecting our children, we will be offering Virtus Training here at the parish on June 23rd and June 25th. We encourage all volunteers who need this training to participate. Please take a moment to review the bulletin for more details.

Next weekend St. John Eudes Parish will celebrate the Feast of Corpus Christi with a special public witness of our faith. At the 5:00 p.m. Vigil Mass on Saturday, we will begin our celebration, followed immediately by a Eucharistic procession through the streets of Chatsworth. After the procession, the Blessed Sacrament will remain exposed overnight for quiet prayer and adoration. All are invited to return at any hour of the night to spend time with the Lord. Our vigil of adoration will conclude with the 7:00 a.m. Mass on Sunday morning. Please join us for this beautiful expression of love for Jesus in the Eucharist and for our community.

Next week is our Guadalupe Pantry Food Drive, sponsored by St. Vincent de Paul. Thank you for your generous hearts — your support truly makes an impact, and we couldn’t do this without you. Please put your faith into action by bringing canned goods, cereals, and other non-perishable items to help stock the pantry and support our neighbors in need. Thank you for your continued love and generosity.

This weekend, we will have a second collection for the Cardinal McIntyre Fund. Since 1951, the Cardinal McIntrye Fund has offered hope for those in crisis situations throughout the Archdiocese of Los Angeles. Your contribution goes directly toward providing one-time emergency help for housing, utilities or funeral expenses for the “neediest of the needy”, those for whom no other resources exist. Envelopes are available in the pews of the church. Please write “Cardinal McIntyre Fund” in the memo line if you donate by check. Thank you for your generosity!
