Next weekend is the First Sunday of August, and the Society of St. Vincent de Paul invites you to support our monthly Guadalupe Pantry Food Collection Drive. As the need for food assistance continues to grow, your donations of nonperishable food items are greatly appreciated. Thank you for your generosity and for helping care for our neighbors in need.

The SCRC Convention will take place Labor Day weekend, September 5 and 6, at the Anaheim Marriott Hotel. Father Ethan will be a guest speaker on Sunday, September 6, and the Forever Grateful Choir will lead Praise and Worship during the weekend. The Emmaus Ministry will be outside after every Mass selling raffle tickets for our upcoming raffle today, Sunday, July 26, following the 1:00 p.m. Mass. Thank you for your generosity and support.

Registration is now open for children entering grades 1 through 7 who are preparing to receive First Communion. Families beginning their second year must register again. For more information, please contact Maureen or Silvia at the parish office.

Men of the parish are invited to the San Fernando Catholic Men’s Regional Conference, “Stand Firm in Christ,” on Saturday, November 7, beginning at 8:00 a.m. at St. John Baptist de La Salle in Granada Hills. Put your faith into action! Join the Society of St. Vincent de Paul for Sandwich Sunday immediately following the 11:00 a.m. Mass in Rooms A & B of Grill Hall as we prepare sack lunches for our neighbors experiencing hunger. Donations of sandwich bread, sliced meat and cheese, apples or oranges, individual bags of chips or cookies, and juice drinks are greatly appreciated. This is a wonderful opportunity for the whole family to serve together and teach our children the joy of living our faith through acts of love and compassion. The completed lunches will be distributed through FISH of the West Valley and the Guadalupe Center, helping provide both nourishment and hope to those in need. Together, let's make a difference—one sandwich at a time!

Join the SJE Swim team. Registration is open. It's a wonderful opportunity for children ages 5-14 to have fun, improve their swimming skills, build confidence, make friendships, and enjoy the experience! Tryouts begin on August 1st. Looking for a fun, active, and positive summer experience for your child? Join our Summer Sports Camp open to all St. John Eudes School and Parish families for students K-8th grade starting July 13th! Sign up at the School Athletic Director Office between 9 and noon this week to join for one, two or three camp weeks. Pick up your registration sheet in the Narthex.

This weekend, is St. Vincent de Paul Bundle Sunday is right here at St. John Eudes, with the donation truck parked in the Lassen Parking Lot until 2pm. This is a wonderful chance to clear out usable clothing, household items, and non-perishables – and turn them into hope for families in need. We are also welcoming the community to the Blood Drive happening at the same time. One visit, two powerful ways to make a difference. The El Shaddai Charismatic Prayer Community meets every Friday at 7:00pm in Grill Hall, Room C.
