  $35 donation for the class, if you are not baptizing at this parish. Payments at parish office only.

  Once parents and godparents have attended the class you can turn in completed application including child's birth certificate from the county. Incomplete applications will not be accepted.
  The church requires at least one godparent, but you may have two. One male and one female. The godparents should be practicing Catholics and have received the Sacraments of Baptism, First Communion, and Confirmation.
